Dear Parents, and Teachers
Happy Mother’s Day! I wish you all a happy, healthy, safe, and beautiful Sunday. Here is the latest news from our school.
1. School textbooks for sale, from preschool 1, 2, 3 to primary years 1, 2, 3, 4– at the same price as before. Bargain price for that quality. Please do not miss this chance. The next sales date will be in June, in three months time.
2. The last day for ordering will be 23rd March 2021 (Tuesday).
3. Ordering method: it is very simple. Just call (020 8858 2410 and leave a message with your name and phone number. Please speak clearly and repeat your phone number twice. Mrs Chan will contact you as soon as possible.
4. The “online classes” recommended by our school: They have been very successful, more and more students have joined. Parents’ feedback is good too. Children not only learned new words and vocabulary, also enjoyed doing homework. Parents are very impressed by the Chinese children’s songs they can sing now.
5. GCCS Children Club：Mrs Chan has been working hard to find sponsors for funding. The latest reply was from ‘The National Lottery Community Fund’, is they do not have any budget for culture activities at the moment and may accept applications in October 2021. It’s quite late for our club. If any parents have more information for applying for funding/grants, please let me know. We can’t wait to start our clubs soon. Mrs Chan’s number is 020 8858 2410.
