在本校的時間表裡，原定5月10日（星期日）再上課，現在新規定下，是不可能的。“可能”這次停課措施會延至七月，一切進展，請千萬留意本校網頁通迅。
因本校一直以來是沒有受薪秘書或工作人員，無法個別給你們電話通知的，請諒。
假如真的延至七月底也不能進入英校，本校會在2020年8月某一周日召開家長會（屆時提供地點），會中會告知家長9月份本校新動向，可能同時進行新學年學生注冊手續，只要有足夠學生人數，本校是會繼續開辦廣東話班及普通話班的。

Dear Parents and staff,
We have received a letter from Meridian School on 20th March 2020, telling us that it will be closed from that day until further notice. Our Chinese school will also be closed.
Please do NOT come to school unless you receive new notification from us.
Meanwhile, the previous scheduled return to school date -10th May 2020 has been cancelled. Under these circumstances, we cannot predict when the school will reopen. Due to shortage of funding, our school does not have a secretary or office staff. We are unable to inform you individually. Please check the school’s website www.gccsms.org.uk regularly for a new return to school date. If the school needs to be closed until the end of July, we will hold our parents’ meeting in August. Details will be confirmed soon. When enough parents register their children for the new school year starting from September 2020, we will continue to run both Cantonese and Mandarin classes.
